Our design office takes care to examine your project in advance, to identify your needs in order to offer you the most suitable solution to your problem. It carries out a technical feasibility study and establishes an initial cost estimate for the electrical solution.

FROM 3D SPECIFICATIONS TO PROTOTYPING

For each project, our design office draws up precise and rigorous specifications that list all the technical specifications and equipment that make up the energy solution.

All the equipment in the solution (battery, separator coupler, regulator, converter) is designed in the form of 3D elements for our clients' design offices so that they can validate their easy integration.

After validation by our customers, we produce a first prototype which we test in a real situation on the production line directly at our customers' premises.

PRE-ASSEMBLY AND CUSTOMISATION SERVICE

Every day, needs are becoming more and more specific and require a precise and secure installation. This is why we carry out the pre-assembly or assembly of solutions in our 400m² technical centre based near Lyon. This guarantees optimum assembly quality for easy and safe installation.

Quick and easy installation in the vehicle environment

A complete and fully integrated solution requires customisation of the information display to our customers' specifications using the existing communication protocols (CAN).

If required, we develop the communication protocols that allow the implementation of the electrical solution data within our customers' monitoring equipment.

INSTALLATION AND TRAINING

Aware that the productivity rates of our customers' production lines must not be impacted by the integration of our solutions, we support our customers right up to the installation stage on the line. For this purpose, we propose to mobilise one or more members of our technical team to carry out the installation tasks or to provide the teams in place with specific and personalised training; a guarantee of safety and efficiency.
