Our design office will take the time to examine your project in advance, to identify your needs and offer you the solution best suited to your requirements. It carries out a technical feasibility study and draws up an initial cost estimate for the electrical solution.
FROM 3D SPECIFICATIONS TO PROTOTYPING
For each project, our design office draws up precise and rigorous specifications that list all the technical specifications and equipment that make up the energy solution.
All the equipment in the solution (battery, separator coupler, regulator, converter) is designed as 3D components for our customers’ design offices so that they can validate their easy integration.
After validation by our customers, we produce an initial prototype which we test in real-life situations on the production line directly at our customers’ premises.

PRE-ASSEMBLY AND CUSTOMISATION SERVICE
Every day, installations are becoming more and more specific, requiring precision and security. That’s why we carry out the pre-assembly and assembly of solutions at our 400m² technical centre near Lyon.
We guarantee optimum assembly quality for easy, safe installation.

Quick and easy to install in the vehicle environment
A complete, fully integrated solution requires customisation of the information display to our customers’ image, using the communication protocols (CAN) already in place.
If necessary, we develop the communication protocols that enable the data from the electrical solution to be implemented within our customers’ monitoring equipment.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
Aware that the productivity rates of our customers’ production lines must not be affected by the integration of our solutions, we support our customers right through to the line installation stage. To achieve this, we offer to mobilise one or more members of our technical team to carry out the installation work or to provide the teams in place with specific, personalised training – a guarantee of safety and efficiency.
