2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes hereof, the terms hereinafter defined shall have the following meanings:
- The term “EZA” refers to this Site operated by SUNROAD EQUIPMENT;
- The term “Site” refers to the “eza.fr” internet site operated by SUNROAD EQUIPMENT;
- The term “Customer” or “User” refers to any person interacting with the Site;
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED
The Site constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. The Customer may not in any way re-use, transfer or exploit for his own account all or part of the elements or works on the Site.
Use of the Eza website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use set out below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and users of the Eza site are therefore advised to consult them regularly.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Eza may decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes, in which case it will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance. 5. CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA
The site uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage arising from use of the site. Eza is hosted by a service provider in the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
The aim is to provide a service that ensures the highest level of accessibility. The host ensures continuity of service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It nevertheless reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible time, in particular for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructures, in the event of infrastructure failure or if the Services generate traffic deemed to be abnormal.
Eza and the host cannot be held responsible in the event of malfunctioning of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, particularly due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COUNTERFEITING
SUNROAD EQUIPMENT and its partners hold all intellectual property rights relating to the Site.
Any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the Site, of all or part of the various photos of the Products, brands, logos, iconographies, which make it up, without having obtained the prior authorisation of SUNROAD EQUIPMENT is prohibited.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
SUNROAD EQUIPMENT may not be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the Site or to one of its functionalities.
You are entirely responsible for the equipment you use to connect to the website. You must take all appropriate measures to protect your equipment and data, in particular from virus attacks via the Internet. SUNROAD EQUIPMENT cannot be held responsible in the event of legal proceedings against you as a result of your use of the website or your failure to comply with these terms of use.
8. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of 21 June 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 06 August 2004 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n° 2016-679).
Eza may process some or all of the following data:

9. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND OPPOSITION
In accordance with current European regulations, Eza Users have the following rights:
- the right of access (article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation), rectification (article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation), updating and completeness of Users’ data the right to block or delete Users’ personal data (article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation), where such data is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date, or the collection, use, communication or storage of which is prohibited
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c GDPR)
- the right to limit the processing of Users’ data (article 18 GDPR)
- the right to object to the processing of Users’ data (article 21 GDPR)
- the right to portability of data provided by Users, where such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (article 20 GDPR)
- the right to determine the fate of Users’ data after their death and to choose to whom Eza should communicate (or not) their data to a third party that they have previously designated
As soon as Eza becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from the User, Eza undertakes to destroy the User’s data, unless its retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
If the User wishes to know how Eza uses its Personal Data, ask to rectify them or object to their processing, the User may contact Eza in writing at the following address:

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he/she would like Eza to correct, update or delete, identifying him/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Eza by law, in particular as regards the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of Eza may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

Any dispute relating to the use of the Eza site is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Narbonne.
