GEL” TYPE AUXILIARY BATTERIES SPECIALLY ADAPTED TO THE WORLD OF LEISURE.

GEL” technology batteries are ideal for use with repetitive cycles for daily use with slow, deep discharges of electrical appliances such as fridges, lighting, heating, etc.

These heavy-duty batteries allow discharge rates of up to 80% of the battery’s capacity, so you can make the most of the energy available, with 40% more cycles than an AGM battery.

These batteries are watertight (can be positioned lying down) and require no maintenance, with a very low self-discharge rate: 1 to 3% per month.

They are protected against pressure variations and designed to prevent the build-up of gas inside the battery.

What’s more, gel electrolyte technology makes them highly resistant to low temperatures (for example, batteries built into the boot of a vehicle), making them particularly suitable for use in snow caravans and winter sports.

For installation, they are supplied with adapters for fixing self-tightening terminals and terminals with butterfly clamps. To be used with a “gel” compatible charger.
