GEL” TYPE AUXILIARY BATTERIES SPECIALLY ADAPTED TO THE WORLD OF LEISURE.

GEL” technology batteries are ideal for use with repetitive cycles for  daily use with slow, deep discharges of electrical appliances such as fridges,  heaters, etc.

These service batteries are robust and allow  discharge rates of up to 80%  of the battery’s capacity , to get the most out of the energy available, with  a number of cycles + 40%  higher than an AGM-type battery.

These batteries are  sealed (can be positioned lying down)  and  require no maintenance, with very  low self-discharge: 1 to 3% per month.

They are  protected against pressure variations and designed to  prevent the build-up of gas inside the battery.

What’s more,  gel electrolyte technology provides excellent resistance to low temperatures  (batteries built into the outside trunks of vehicles, for example), making them particularly  suitable for caravanning and winter sports activities.

For installation, they are supplied with adapters for fixing self-tightening terminals and  terminals with butterfly clamps. To be used with a “gel” compatible charger.
